I started at Camber Creative as a part-time contracter nearly a year ago and transitioned to a full-time team member a few months back. This is the best, most innovative, forward-thinking, and friendly company I've ever had the pleasure of working for - and it comes straight from the top. The pay is fair and a ton of research is done on the leadership team to ensure you're getting the pay you deserve based on your location and skill. Leadership works with you to carve a clear path forward to grow and elaborate your career, in whichever direction you're looking to take. Silos don't exist at Camber Creative, everyone gets a seat at the table and team members are encouraged to work across teams to discover new career-likes and get the job done most effectively. The asynchronous-first work style makes for a truly balanced work-life balance. I recently spent 3 weeks in Egypt and was able to work on my own schedule and explore the country with ease - the digital nomad remote work lifestyle is a huge plus for this lil traveler! As a woman of color, finding an inclusive and diverse workforce that is welcoming as it is transparent is extremely important for me and Camber checks all of the boxes.
