      Fast paced, forever changing and exciting environment

      Pros

      Product I believe in, wireless solutions connecting the unconnected. The company is changing all the time, which keeps me challenged and encourages collaboration with other departments.

      Cons

      The brand name is not well known in the UK, so it can be difficult attracting good quality staff. Some employees are not up for the work hard, play hard ethic which puts pressure on other team members and means workload is not evenly distributed.
