They do not value family, they work you past legal limits, they refuse to hire adequate help, only family are promoted.
Pros
If you are a single man and would like to put in many hours and have no outside obligations, then this company is where you want to work. But be careful that they pay you for the hours you worked. Just a tip.
Cons
Employees (including management) do not meet job requirements, employees frequently fail drug tests, lose their license, etc and are allowed to continue to work with the load falling on the more honest employees with good driving records. The company is too cheap to hire additional qualified help and the majority of people who ARE hired are family without the qualifications for the job. The company will continually pull you away from your family and friends without regrets, they care not what days you had scheduled off, what plans you have made and who you may be disappointing. There are few happily married people who work for this company.
