      Great appreciation from campers Free housing in cabins Free 3 Meals a day including snacks Town runs weekly to ensure you have necessities Connect with people from around the world

      Cons

      No policy in place to ensure coverage for if you get injured Lack of compassion and respect from upper staff and management Some meals tend to be undercooked Some aggressive campers that could cause injury Lack of impactful training to ensure preparedness for the job. Disorganized company as a whole
