Management is the worst. I have felt that the work environment i was in was hostile, where I felt that i was micromanaged the entire time that i was working here and I received contradictory training instructions. I received feedback that was harsh, not constructive and demotivating. I felt very anxious coming into work and constantly questioning my abilities. I suspect my manager was the reason that the turnover was high in my department. I approached my manager for feedback and to be better understand them and it was met with hostility. I don't think I was told the truth about my job and almost one month into the job I was informed that it will be changing.The criticisms were very specific and any praise was generic and insincere. Only take a job here if you are desperate , otherwise move on.

No accountability by sales and delivery team. Sales don't policies of company and make so many mistakes on the order. Salesperson only care about make their commission. The delivey team just are parasites who feed of CAS. The delivery make alot of issues with customers. My suggestion is if you desperate for a work and can find anything, apply. Apart from that I would not apply at CAS. CAS is more quantity of orders process than quality of service given to the customers.
