Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Canadian Natural full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Nothing good-except the stock options but I bet you, you won't wait until they are mature and you run for your dear life.
Cons
This is not a corporate organization. I have never seen nor heard of the amount of bullying going on in CNRI elsewhere. You see employees suffering nervous break down in meetings. Very poorly trained middle management staff who do not know their job Not an equal opportunity company- I pity all the folks they hire from India, Nigeria, Middle East and other Asian countries etc, pay them poorly and treat them like a piece of rag. For those guys, they are in huge prison and can't move because of paper issues The UK office in Aberdeen is dormant and just take others from Calgary and do nothing. No initiative and have run the activities in the North Sea and African aground because of in-fighting and poor leadership High staff turnover. Employees, especially, EU nations, last less than six months before leaving-basically running away for there lives.

Cons
Culture - negative and climate of fear pervading many levels, even if below the surface Mission statement not lived out in terms of developing people and integrity - in my experience patchy and not across the organisation Laggardly attitude towards flexible working
