      Good job if you want to help build your conversational skills.

      Cons

      The owner is very cocky, arrogant, and wrecklessly drives his workers to sites where they go door-to-door, although on their job postings, it appears that they are advertising a lucrative marketing job that pays really well.

      Thank you for the feedback, although we would like to mention that the owner of the company does not drive any workers anywhere. He solely works out of the office and never drives any employees anywhere. We are unsure if maybe you were referring to a different individual although the management team that drive any of the company vehicles are both female and not male as mentioned above.

      There are No pro's.....But make sure you read my Cons.

      In the Province of BC, there is no such thing as Sales Rep. on Commission only!!! EVER!!!! They must pay you the MINIMUM WAGE each pay cheque. So track your hours and sales...week to week. You must also know, that in the province of British Columbia to be selling security systems, going door to door pitching security systems you have to have a Security Employee License. With out the Security Employee License the company can be fined....and so can the Employee!!!

      Great Summer Job

      Pros

      I decided to work at CPS during my summer vacation and it was truly one of the best work experiences I have ever had. The main reason I had such an amazing experience was due to the entire CPS team. They were extremely caring, compassionate and eager to help all of our clients and I with anything we needed. It was bitter-sweet leaving CPS to go back to university but my journey with the company hasn't ended yet because I'm anticipating on returning to work with them in the following summer.
