      Pros

      It's incredibly rare to have such a feeling of strength and excellence in every area of the business that you work with. It's really reassuring to know that those you work with on projects, either internal or external, really are incredible at what they do.

      Cons

      None that really come to mind. The transition post acquisition is a lengthy process, but that's just the nature of such things.
