      Pros

      Great people (mostly those in mid-level or entry-level roles). Regional office cultures are better than head office.

      Cons

      Crippling lack of direction from senior leaders has eroded both the businesses outlook and culture. As a result, many talented people have left, and more continue to. Meanwhile, nepotism is alive and well, with many unqualified people being handed roles because of who they know. Positive change will not occur with current leadership.
