      Pros

      Canonball truly an employee-centric agency, which is hard to come by in this industry! It is refreshing to work for an employer that is constantly pushing his employees to learn and grow. Our team has more than doubled in the past few years, which is very exciting!

      Cons

      Growing pains - As soon as they arise they are resolved.

      Pros

      Canonball is truly an amazing place to work. It’s a place where people are encouraged to be “real” and “transparent” and are honestly valued and cared for….and cared for well. The ability to do great work that you are proud of, without sacrificing your values and integrity is refreshing in the ad industry. It intentionally warm, inviting and a safe place that both clients, employees and their families know they are treasured. I look forward to coming to work because it’s filled with happy people that share a passion for building upon the culture that we uphold and hold dear.

      Cons

      Canonball is experiencing growth and growth is always exciting and challenging. I see any cons are being addressed and all steps are being made for the agency to run more effectively and prepare for the future!

      Pros

      A fast-paced creative environment with a very familial feel. Great work environment, very collaborative and friendly.

      Cons

      Not a lot of downside, honestly. It's my favorite agency I've ever worked for. Sometimes it can get a little pressure-cooker, but emotions tend to be even.
