      Great Stimulating Environment Full of Curious Minds

      Pros

      Great work environment that creates opportunities for growth and provides a good dose of flexibility. Over the four years I've worked for Canvas8, I've seen the company grow on a global scale, which has been really exciting. The team of driven highly intelligent individuals, who also happen to be incredibly kind and supportive, is what makes Canvas8 a truly special community to be a part of. As someone who came into the company with no prior experience of working in human insights, I find the work we do to be particularly fascinating. Overall good work-life balance and a community that shows real commitment to diversity and celebrating its people.

      Cons

      Workload distribution is not particularly well balanced most of the time, mostly due to the nature of the work we do, which tends to be quite dynamic. There would be really intense busy periods followed by significantly quieter stretches, but the stress is manageable.
