      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great boss, a lot of awesome people. We have fun time and work hard. We have a great garden, ability to bike to work, and really connected to our community. Great opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Small company can't provide family medical benefits that are as good as some large companies can.

      Pros

      Capital Public Radio s a flexible, creative, and enjoyable workplace, where collaboration and creativity is always encouraged.

      Cons

      The only downside is the pay, but this is only because it's a non-profit organization. Management would be quick to be generous with the pay as soon as it's able.

      It was a flexible work environment, I had a lot of say in my daily activities and projects.

      Cons

      Chaotic, unstable work environment. Under-resourced organization. But many journalism organizations are like this.
