      Collaborative Atmosphere Healthy Work-Life Balance Peer Support Supportive Leadership Working at CapG provided me with invaluable experience and allowed me to lead several high-impact projects. The environment is highly collaborative and perfect for self-starters. While I felt the salary didn't fully reflect the level of responsibility over time, the skills I gained and the people I worked with made it a very positive chapter in my career
