Pros

Management, although some seemed to lack the appropriate communication skill that should be part of the job description.

Cons

The gossip that was constant from nasty staff. Especially the girls, who have nothing nice to say about each other or anyone else when their backs are turned. Quick to judge, quick to ostracize and absolutely no feedback what so ever. I have never left a company feeling so anxious and self conscious, and hope to god i never have the displeasure of meeting them girls again.

Pros

- Worked with a few good people - Base salaries are average

Cons

- The entire business revolves around a system of sucking up to management, if you don't you're effectively shunned. - The business is founded upon the idea of giving high interest loans to struggling business owners, the company culture is as morally bankrupt as you'd expect. - Managers are hired and promoted on the basis of how much the CEO likes them, not due to skill. - No clear career progression, objectives or performance reviews. Being noticed for your work is effectively impossible. - No bonuses, financial incentives or job benefits of any kind. - No money or time for training. - Misleading job requirements, don't expect to be doing what you were actually hired to do. - The top level of the business is ran by a glorified accountant who cares about nothing other than the bottom line, and will lay off staff and cut costs wherever it's convenient for him to do so.
