      Pros

      Folks are hard working and honest - very much a "family" feel to it. Very flat organization (all doors are always open). VERY customer focused and no one has forgotten how to have fun. Highly competitive salary & benefits

      Cons

      I'd have to dig pretty darn deep to find something I didn't like about Capital Data. Basically no cons.

      Excellent group of guys to work with. Very intelligent and energetic people that work hard everyday. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

      Some moderate driving times between offices.
