Everything, starting from unprofessionalism, foul behavior, mannerless, the so called team lead Souvik Chakraborty doesn't even know how to frame sentences in English and how to talk to a person. He is an ill mannered person and you should beware of him if you join this so called company. Everything here is fishy.

But once you get settled in, the boss is ill-mannered. too much work pressure I have gotten calls at 11pm just to tell me that my work is assigned No offs on saturdays whatsoever And there are 'government holidays' when the entire country is shut but this company is working And finally, salary (which is basically pennies) comes in the middle of the month which means you will already be working for half way through the next month when you get money for the previous. And if you quit because you cant take it anymore, they will not even pay you for the days you have worked.
