      Pros

      Sales / Marketing department is very helpful and supportive of each other. Good group of people including the sales people on the field.

      Cons

      The company as a whole is not on the same page. Constant disagreement, the CEO micro manages everyone. Office environment vibe is depressing. Labels themselves as a start-up company, but they have been operating for more than 10+ years.
