      Pros

      Commission structure is extremely beneficial if you are willing to put in the work. Huge opportunity for growth and can work your way up if you are successful in sales.

      Cons

      No real negatives, unless you are not highly motivated or a self-starter.

      Pros

      I left a teaching career for Capstone Hospitality and I couldn’t have hit more of a home run. The CEO has been incredible in letting me steer the direction of the marketing department, and helpful with days working remote to handle my other role as a new father. Making this move has been a blessing for myself and my family and I couldn’t be more thankful for this opportunity. While I’m in a different role than sales (which is the vast majority of the company), I’ve seen the corporate team work to provide top level training, placement, and support for all sales individuals.

      Cons

      If you are truly looking for “real” sales or management experience, keep looking. There truly is no product or specific service offering. It is just old fashion sales that is managed in excel. Internal training is weak, shadowing provides no value and ongoing support is non existent. View this company as a stop gap for you to make income while looking elsewhere.
