The employees are dedicated to their professions and loyal to each other.

Cons

Management is incapable of the basic skills of managing. There is either an over-reaction to circumstances or no reaction at all. They don't seem to understand the mining business in general.

Good pay, acceptable benefits, friendly coworkers.

Cons

Utterly ignorant and incompetent management. Rampant favoritism and zero professionalism. No acknowledgement by managers for hard work but what can you expect when they are clueless of what they are managing. Laid off 40 salaried employees one morning with no notice by having local police escort them off the property.
