      Pros

      Rank and file employees are good folks. Potential exists for a good culture.

      Cons

      Horrible senior leadership. Gross mismanagement of all assets, especially people. Extremely untrustworthy, and no clue on how to build a winning a team.

      Can't really think of any besides the rank and file employees are typically great individuals.

      Cons

      Poor leadership; poor management; poor culture; Company run like plaything of a petulant child who suffers temper tantrums and surrounded by enablers who have taken advantage of that child(owner) for years.
