Pros

Medical Insurance is good and PTO is great.

Cons

Don't ask for ADA accommodations you will be without a job! Needs to be more racial diversity instead of always hiring family and friends it interferes with equal opportunity and sadly Management allows it.

Pros

Money. That’s about it.

Cons

Culture is horrible, lots of turnover, only 2 weeks severance, they hire your replacement and will fire reps on the start date of the replacement. Reps won’t have a clue. This happens all the time. If you work there make sure you are checking job boards to make sure you’re territory isn’t listed. If they tell you they are hiring you a counterpart they are LYING!

Pros

Easy access it's right on bw8 Pay is ok $13 start really good if you need a job Insurance is fairly low right now but every year insurance cost keeps getting higher every year for 6 years keeps going up Free coffee, milk, snack Better change is in its way About a month of pto earn per year 1 day of pto givin every year for free use within the year or lose it Small build easy access in most area They have a small gym beginners gym nothing fancy Over time is available is most fridays Management will work with you for most part in emergency and personnel reason for leaving early or coming in late This place is not all that bad, if you let people get to you with they'er personal Openion of you then it gets bad. Christmas party and summer picnic

Cons

Answer from chain of command is not clear Yearly raise are are low You are expected to master your training in a week They push and rush you to get the daily goals Quality of product seems to diminish due to rush production Company rarely appreciates the employees value Yearly raise is not enough to cover the cost of insurance increases, every year feels like your losing money due to insurance increases Your questions well never be answere directly, Hurry up finish your job so you can hurry up and help the guy next to you finish his/her job Head quarters seems to get all the good perk Toxic people well always be around (just ignore) Making Overtime Mandatory/ they call it scheduled OT Clocking in with your badge/or finger print at 6AM is consider late due to roll check in the clean room, you have to be inside the clean room by 6am. Very doable :) NO HR available got to call them in menossota Everything seems to feel rush Superior will use negative reinforcement to motivate the people. If you dont hit your dialy goals you may not have your job. Menossota pretty much control texas sight ( personal openion) 6 am to 4:30 pm is the work schedule too early to drop off your kids too late to pick them up
