Pros

Seemed like a lovely place to work, full of vibrant energy and fun. The training was intense but informative and helpful. I was offered an interview straight after coming to the interview and then given a form to fill in.

Cons

Due to them finding out I had Aspergers, they seemed to have changed their attitude and told me that despite all my past experience they said I would not be comfortable or capable of doing a job properly. They then lied about some of the training opportunities being cancelled. Only found out that they weren’t after making a friend and she told me they weren’t cancelled. Managers would not answer the door to me when I came in to have a chat and seemed to have blocked my number. So I’m having to seek a lawyer about how awful they treated me because I have Aspergers.

Helping people task they may not be able to do on their own, and how happy service users can be when you help them achieve Building great relationships with service users and family.

Cons

Walking doing door-to-door and bad weather Sometimes service users We’re having a bad day sometime, you didn’t know what you was gonna walk into sometimes fell undervalued
