Pros

Helping troubled youth find a career path they want. Also giving back to a program that changed my life. I truly love my job.

Cons

When they hire negative staff members, it brings down the entire team. Also management are always in meetings it is hard to get a hold of them.

Engage with new students, guide them towards personal growth, and provide quality education to foster their development as individuals.

Cons

The campus is managed by deceitful practices, uncooperative individuals, particularly within the Indian community overseeing the center. Department heads lack professionalism and competence. Allegations of being a scam persist despite high student and staff retention. The HR director is accused of favoritism and corruption. There should be legal action against the company for engaging in unethical practices and fostering a toxic work environment for staff and students.

Pros

The mission of this company is amazing! This is a great program for those who otherwise might fall through the cracks. Loved working out in the community and with young adults and their families.

Cons

This is a sales job. It is not advertised as such. After a year with the company it was made clear that continued employment is based on making sales goals that are unrealistic and not under the control of the admissions counselor. Turnover is rampant. In the 16 months employed we lost 6 counselors and there are only 4 positions- draw your own conclusions.
