Pros
- They allow home-working, although are now actively trying to discourage this. - There are a few brilliant people who work there.
Cons
- A lot of emphasis is placed upon the so-called "values", but these are just buzzwords thrown around that allow management to pat themselves on the back and claim that there's a positive working environment. - Diversity is virtually nonexistent, particularly at the highest levels. - Extremely disorganised, both in terms of the company structure and the systems that the company uses, leading to huge workloads and poor communication. - Pay is terrible, despite the fact that this has been a complaint raised multiple times by employees who aren't in management positions. Their competitors pay better. - Many managers across multiple departments are either clueless or blatantly unwilling to help you. - The people that are willing to help you are so overworked that they don't have time to. Worked alongside many people who became burnt out, and ultimately left the business due to this. - Everyone seems to prefer flashy, short-term solutions rather than anything that may take longer to put in place, but will help the customers and employees in a meaningful way. - Stressful environment and very cliquey. - Retention is poor, for all of the reasons above and likely more.
