Incompetent management, relies on Australian agency and outsiders who don't know what they're doing to make business decisions. Company regularly loses money and is forced to lay people off. Management also lies to employees regularly.

They doesn't understand what is a technology company. They think, and live, with the idea of "setting a deadline is what is needed to have a feature / product" creating a field of attack between people working and people saying others are not working because not delivering on deadlines imposed. There is also a culture of attack from several people inside of technology team which creates a toxic environment and the company can't (or don't want) control it. Because of their lack of control, decent roadmaps and planning, they are always living in an urgency mode that creates the launchpad for people working just on making themselves look like the lifesavers of the company when they are not that way. This company doesn't support or believe Agile methodology, jira boards, proper software documenting and analysis or any healthy progress follow up, proper catch ups between leads and developers and effective communication. Constant internal reorgs. They constantly improvise
