Lack of internal training to grow technically. Pay is about 20% under value. There hasn't been any recognition from the economy and no pay increases due to inflation. Although the schedule is hybrid, it is set in stone which days, sometimes the managers pick those. Which isn't flexible at all. Managers need time management and team management training. Work life balance is a struggle to achieve. Raises are lacking. Only once a year and not enough to make up market value. They decide your raise after you sign your yearly review. There is no room for negotiating your raise. Lack of ethical fairness. Need more training about respect towards minority communities.
