      As an HR it is very important to believe the company you work with, else you cannot convince others for the same and honestly I like the company’s structure & it’s working culture a lot. It's the best that I have worked with even after traveling through many countries.

      Cons

      Thinking of leaving a family behind when you want to move on in life is the most difficult thing here. Here it seems as if we are a part of a huge family and it becomes difficult to part from it.
