Found managers to be very back stabbing, only out for themselves

Pros
Used to be a great place to work. Was a major family feeling company in the beginning. At one time every employee received great quarterly bonus's. Health care insurance was good for employees and expensive for family.
Cons
Company sold 51% to Hitachi and grew to big to quick. Management received large raises while the general employees were hounded to give and give for less compensation. Large employee turnover which used to never happen. New employees have been told by current employees to keep their resume's up to date on their first day.
