Pros

There are pockets of great coworkers here who are incredibly supportive.

Cons

Cascade lauds itself with having values like "do the right thing" and "put others first", but then went and laid people off in a shock move with no notice. Access was cut after a few hours, and the layoffs included the only DEIA staff member plus key HR team members. Cascade has shown its true colors - a lack of commitment to its people and to DEIA. It's all lip service, so know that before going in. They'll talk a big game, but you can be fired at any time.

Pros

The people who work here are, for the most part, good to work with. The benefits are very good and I feel like there is a real work/life balance if you want it.

Cons

The culture has taken a bit of a dip as the company has grown. For example, there used to be an awesome pet policy, but pets are no longer allowed. Some positions are difficult to gain upward mobility in.

Pros

I don't even know where to start, but everything that was wrong with my previous companies Cascade seems to be doing right. The work is interesting and challenging. Leadership walks the talk when it comes to company values and the values are actually applied and not just some words on a piece of paper. The best part is the huge emphasis on actual work life balance. My boss frequently checks in with me and my team to make sure that we have a balanced workload and are not burning out.

Cons

Cascade is a smaller company in a niche area of work with a fairly flat organizational structure so if you are a high flying super driven individual that desires many opportunities this may not be the place for you.
