* An owner who knows the business inside and out and willing to share that with those who want to learn what it takes to be successful in the security industry. * Professional and caring. Increased wages recently for all employees; added additional better coverage medical and dental; purchased new equipment for employees to have top line phones, uniforms and software. * Growth opportunities: I was hired as an admin assistant; got my security license and quickly rose to management because I was willing to work hard.
Cons
* Employees who don't think of anyone but themselves and call off at the drop of a hat - leaving others to have to cover their shifts. * It is a "standing" company meaning you may have to stand or walk the entire shift. Great for those who are in shape but hard on those who are not.
