      Competitive base pay for technicians. Clear and solid service agreements. Company vehicle.

      Cons

      Cheap products and equipment. Egotistical management. Constantly changing policies. Threatening and fear based approach to leadership. Requesting time off can get you fired, even for medical reasons like the birth of a child. No team culture.
