Old worn down equipment and low wages were the major cons. Many people quit or were fired and in desperation to find new employees entry level employees were hired for higher wages than employees who had been with the company 5 to 10 years. This practice created very poor morale in the workplace. The site I’m employed at has 9 employees, 1 of which has more than 5 years service, need I say anymore.

Poorly run with management not knowing the company. Was hired to be a dispatcher and never once did anything to do with dispatching. I was used as a data entry clerk with an extremely outdated system. Was let go and told I didn’t work out there 2 days before my 90 day permanent position. That same day the job description I had been doing was on indeed as a data entry clerk paying $5 less per hour. I again never once did anything with the position I was hired for.
