The original leadership had a strong vision, cared about their people, and had a steady stream of legit opportunities with great brands.

Cons

Monks has taken over and is driving it into the ground. They have a complete disregard for the work and the people, an entitled sense of power, and no plan to actually support the opportunities. Expect a lot of gaslighting and microaggressions.
