Pros
Wage, training and fair benefit package.
Cons
Rama's interest is in "Being competitive in the industry". They are no longer interested in being the best, at least for the internal customer. The company seems to value the external customer so much that the internal customers are expendable. No Cost of Living Allowance raise for three years and for a company that makes in profit as much as Casino Rama makes this is beyond poor. Minimum wage will go up to 11/hr this year making Casino Rama an even less attractive employer than it already is. Hiring has gone to the standard Contract, Part Time or Alternate routes that every other business seems to be following. Full time positions are being phased out. There's really so very much wrong. I've watched the core values and practices of my employer "evolve" (read:decay) steadily over 18 years. The bottom line is now the only line.
