      family oriented atmosphere, friendly helpful team members, overtime avaliable, plenty of room for advancement, break every 2 hours,

      long hours at times, break room not stocked on the weedends

      Work life balance, flexible schedule, autonomy, lots of learning opportunity (in the IT shop anyways)

      Really the only thing bad I can say about the place is the pay is low for the industry. But hey, the math is the math and they can pay what they can pay.
