My team was very close-knit. Media Services and Operations teams gels very well and everyone is very down-to-earth. Get to meet other teams such as the French team. Company away days are enjoyable but they are few and far between. Working from home is a good plus, but there are rumors that soon senior management will introduce a 3-day office working week. Not needed at all.

Cons

Money always comes first. Senior Management doesn't care if you work extra hours despite work-life balance being one of their supposed top priotities Most importantly, in these 12 months, the culture rapidly deteriorated when people started to leave. Management took my resignation very personally and treated me poorly after. If you're only interested in money then an account manager here would be a suitable role here, but I would not recommend the role for anyone else.
