I can't imagine anyone with any self esteem can still work there
Pros
The only pros were before the company fired or forced out the old management team in 2015. Back then work was fun. Staff and management used to happily worked together, managers took care of staff, look out for each other and guide each other despite the challenging environment n long hours over weekends.
Cons
Too many to share here. As soon as the new management took over early 2015, it was a "clear out exercise" of all staff and managers hired by old management. Those who needed the job protected themselves, back stab even the oldest of friends, put down people who they deem a threat to their rice bowl. I feel sorry for these people. There are opportunities outside awaiting. Terrible environment to work in. everyone was and is still watching over their shoulders. Lead by threat is the keyword. Their favourite phrase, when there is disagreement or difference in opinion, "the door is always open". The present set of leaders are dysfunctional, hordes power, bias, protectionist and displays cronyism. They replaced old managers with from cliches of their own. There is no room to grow as an individual. A means A, and your suggestions are not acceptable. Long hours used to be nothing but time seems to past like forever the moment employees clock in. Micromanagement at its peak. Worse than military.
