Preferential treatment if you’re a woman. Work you like a dog. Management will pretend they understand but your manager will roll in at 9 & be home by 4 on the dot while you’re out till 7 pm, up since 5:30 a.m. DEI flag. If you’re a man..RIP because you will not get any sympathy & be expected to be a workhorse. Current management of that office will rage quit if he ever has to leave the office building & bend a knee to physically work. Owner was a millionaire before opening the company & his sales monkeys are a protected class within the company, they can do no wrong.
