      Zero HR. I know this sounds weird, but, zero, zero HR. There is no, NO, onboarding. You are expected to ask your fellow workers for advise (during lunch only). This does not apply to family members that are hired, so , maybe that is a plus. They get paid WAY more than anyone else. Plant manager, that is meant, in the most, generic term. No. please at least, understand, what the products are, or how they have to be built and programmed. Just don't tell everyone, that you can hire any MONKEY off the street. Plant manager, Well, the company did and got , YOU! Not one single safety person. There is no safety there at all. Well, twice a year, when the auditors come, then things matter like having grounds on.

      The only thing I like about the job is you can go in to work as early as you want and set your time to leave

      The pay is low with hardly any raises along with constant jobs being given to you for no incentive to work hard
