      Get ready to have no work-life balance!

      Pros

      Great colleagues, varied work, opportunities to get really stuck in to lots of projects. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Late finishes most nights and weekend working is not unusual, nowhere near enough resources for the amount of work the agency takes on. Clients given unrealistic deadlines which adds to the pressure. Told to code time to unbillable job codes for many work-related tasks/meetings which leaves your productivity down at no fault of your own.

      Good work, poor work life balance

      Pros

      Plenty of training, variety of interesting work available, clear path for career progression. Supportive colleagues, friendly atmosphere. Fully remote or hybrid options. Good pay, great pension contributions, nice benefits.

      Cons

      Teams are underresourced, although team leaders are generally good about checking to see if you are coping with the workload. They only allow a reduced work week if they think you have a good enough reason, as they don't feel like they can afford to lose any resource.
