      Pros

      * Fulfilling work. Our users love to use Causes and there are some really good success stories that keep me motivated. * Great team. I learn something new every day and can always go to my teammates for help. * Real impact. It may be cliché but it's fun to be able to actually impact the product in a substantive way, every day.

      Cons

      * Long-term future of the company is unclear. (But that's pretty normal for startups)

      - I work with a really great team - There are no office politics - I feel that my work is meaningful - I am empowered to work on what I believe are the most important things

      - The rent in San Francisco is too d@mn high

      - World-class team of developers, product designers, community managers and BD folks - Double-bottom line company with a mission devoted to individual empowerment and greater civic engagement - Downtown SF location one-block from BART and with a phenomenal view of the city - Great comp, benefits and perks
