      i cant think of any pros for this company.

      horrible company. wish I could give them 0 stars. horrible people you will only do well if you are part of the inner circle. Nothing is secret here and management tell all personal issues to there friends and family who work there. The business is based on lies false image and exaggerations. The management talk the talk but when it comes to it it is all just to keep you quiet. The click of family and friends are like spys writing down how long you leave the office for and how often and even timing your toilet breaks. I would not recomend this company to my worst enemy.

      Directors are generous when it comes to staff outtings/events, etc. Patrick is a very approachable and easy going Director.

      Cavendish is definitely the worst company I have ever worked for. There is a constant unsettled atmosphere in the office when one of Directors is around. Management don’t trust their staff and they have their favourites (their favourites being childhood friends, family members etc). It’s a very cliquey place to work, with management setting precedent. I can honestly say I’ve never felt so miserable in a work place, and I know I’m not alone in my feelings. The Directors leadership skills leave a lot to be desired. Extremely unreasonable and unapproachable. Contrary to what the other reviews say they don’t reward or acknowledge hard work, it is taken for granted. Unless you’re one of the favourites.
