      ambiente laboral ameno, ceiba coins, póliza de salud prepagada, planes institucionales de pensión voluntaria, capacitación, revisiones salariales (al menos con base en el IPC, como mínimo) cuando se apliquen, mucho aprendizaje, la empresa se esfuerza por innovar respecto a las tecnologías en el mercado

      Cons

      el querer innovar en algunos casos hace que se den pasos equivocados y toca corregir o abortar algunos procesos y productos para tomar nuevas alternativas; todo va muy rápido. hay momentos en los que la revisión salarial no es aprobada por X razones según cada colaborador, cualquier eventualidad cuenta como motivo.
