      - Subject matter experts all around to learn from - If the company succeeds in delivering its 1st product, opportunities for professional and financial growth are immense

      - Processes for technical management and documentation are still ad-hoc, reminiscent of a younger startup, and need to be updated and formalised to achieve the kinds of things the company is aiming for - Work load is rather unevenly distributed.
