Pros

You're generally left o work on your own. You'll find a cohesive culture here outside of management.

Cons

...you'll have to literally learn everything on your own and management will treat you less than when you come to them with important questions concerning your responsibilities. I have personally witnessed managers full on yelling at employees. This place is not for the faint of heart.

Pros

- Some coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

- No real opportunities for career growth or advancement. - Pay is far below industry standards. - Extremely poor communication from management—decisions are made without transparency, leaving employees in the dark. - CEO is completely uninvolved and disconnected from day-to-day operations. - Management lacks empathy and does not prioritize employee well-being. - Health insurance premiums for a family are upwards of $12,000 a year, making benefits unaffordable for many employees.
