Management makes it hard on everyone and everything that is bad about this company exclusively pertains to them. They are very cheap, very unprofessional... Calling at dubious times on cell, screaming, swearing and being rude without reason - demanding you come work on weekends without prior notice, without any compensation. Very stressful environment: no processes, no learning opportunities (everyone is considered an expendable resource and is not worth investing in). Gossiping, toxic behavior towards employees, generally bad atmosphere. Very crude and inflexible in engineering with a "this is how we do it" mantra.

Referrals waiting for months, benefits being deprecated without proper replacement and communication, NPS surveys being reduced without valid reason… general feeling is lack of care for people but only how results are presented to the management and HR playing office politics.
