- Decent pay - Comfortable office setup with standing desk, large high-resolution monitors and well-stocked kitchen - Convenient location in the heart of downtown Toronto - Flexible work schedules - Approachable and understanding leadership team - Generally exciting projects full of opportunities for learning and personal growth
Cons
Sometimes the communications between team members can get heated -- although it is rare occasion, it could impact the team morale if not addressed promptly

Pros
I have worked in many different industries and teams in the past, and very few compete with this team. Founders team consists of very smart and driven people, so it's easy to work with them. Overall, I like coming to the office and working in the AI industry, especially, surrounded by the friendly team at CentML.
Cons
Can not think of many, maybe, that we are a startup and many different things can happen to the market that might affect our future.
