      - cool coworkers/management - free lunches - employee discounts - great company culture - decent bonuses during busy periods - able to share input directly with management - flexible schedule for part timers

      - not a place to advance career unless you plan to stay long-term - low base pay - physically exhausting, especially on short staffed days - entitled/stubborn customers
