Great work experience, fun work environment, extremely varied work (doesn't get boring), access to variety of PC hardware, great employee discount.
Cons
Low pay, poor management. Lack of sales staff requires everyone to wear the same hats, often times forgetting what you're actually working on. Company fails to value its long term employees, letting them go elsewhere when they're crucial to the company.
Usually pretty quiet and a ton of freedom to do whatever you want when it's not busy.
Cons
Extremely low pay with little to no advancement. I probably got $2-$3 over my starting pay after 3 years. People who've been there for a long time are basically entrenched. No motivation to give good service.
