Good work environment but unclear company direction

Pros
Working at Central Computers is like working at a toy store for techies. You're always the first to experience new computer parts. Most employees are very easy going and easy to work with.
Cons
There does not seem to be a clear direction of where the company is going towards. Starting pay is a bit over minimum wage, and raises don't come often. Lots of work and sometimes overtime doesn't get applied on paychecks.

Pros
Great work experience, fun work environment, extremely varied work (doesn't get boring), access to variety of PC hardware, great employee discount.
Cons
Low pay, poor management. Lack of sales staff requires everyone to wear the same hats, often times forgetting what you're actually working on. Company fails to value its long term employees, letting them go elsewhere when they're crucial to the company.
